The PDF is extremely easily copied, when the last code book came out one of the guys spotted a copy floating around on one of the file sharing sites. Thing is every PDF they send you is watermarked with the owners info along the left border of the page. I downloaded it out of curiosity to peruse the changes and think I deleted it a week or two later. Being in Ontario, I much prefer having an actual hard copy of the code book and always buy the OESC. I received my last two copies about 2 months before they went into effect. I've also got the online subscription to the code and updates which I really like. I can access it from my phone, computer, tablet, its updated automatically and after paying the full price, all future updates or code books only cost me the $35 it does to keep renewing the license ever year.
