Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition Pc Keyboard Fix Download

So I just finished installing Street Fighter 4 AE that I purchased from the Capcom store Downloader And the game does not recognize any keyboard inputs or inputs from my joystick it just stays in the title screen loop. The games for Windows keys work and I can access GFWL while the game is running and did register it and it shows up as one of my games that I own on gfwl.

I upluged both and used both individually after shutdowns and reboots of pc but still no luck. If someone can let me know what is going on it will be greatly appreciated.

Update: Tried and old PS2 Keyboard and still no dice. Does anyone from capcom even read these boards? Is there an ETA on a possible fix and also will this thread be notified once a fix is released?

Is there an official support place where we can submit a ticket with our system's details? I'm experiencing this problem as well.

I purchased the game on Steam, and it looks great but I obviously can't get very far. I'd be lying if I didn't say I was bummed. It's a big tease right now.

My machine isn't a Dell, but I have a standard Dell keyboard and I have a Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2. Neither input works to start the game. Also even though input for the game doesn't work, I can still hit Home to bring up the Games for Windows Live overlay and I can also hit Shift+Tab to bring up Steam's overlay.

It's very weird.
